It has been said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. When the real estate bubble popped a few years back, it obviously changed things for homeowners. Houses were valued at sometimes half of what the current mortgage was. With that in mind, Coach Light Real Estate has made every effort to embrace that fact by utilizing the internet to its fullest capabilities. Every single listing gets not only its own “Virtual Tour” but it also has an “Easy to Remember” Specific Website address (ex; WWW.EustisHome.com). We then syndicate that to over 300 local, national and international real estate web portals for maximum exposure.

Tracking Reports are sent out to sellers on a regular basis, allowing us to “fine tune” our marketing position, whether it be price, terms, location or the condition of the property. These tracking reports tell us how many viewers we have had on a daily, weekly, monthly basis along with how the prospective customer is fi nding us.

We offer both “traditional” and the more popular “fee based” real estate service fees. The customer makes the choice whether they want to pay the “going rate” or pay a reasonable “up front fee” in order to save thousands of dollars at closing.
