When the real estate bubble popped a few years back, it obviously changed things for homeowners. Houses were valued at sometimes half of what the current mortgage was. When we started Coach Light Real Estate a little over 2 years ago, we knew that we simply could not continue to do business asusual and expect the same results we had before the "pop".
According to our previous deÞ nition, we would have been insane to think that! At Coach Light, we knew that if we were going to compete with the "Big Boys" we would have to set ourselves apart from all the others by developing a completely unique business model that would be a "Win-Win-Win" experience. The company had to make a reasonable profit, our fellow realtors had to make a profit when they sell our properties and above all, the seller absolutely had to get results and save money.
We are conÞ dent that our business model meets those requirements. We changed with the times, and our selling record during this economic turmoil attests to that. Realtor.com reports that over 93% of ALL prospective buyers begin their search for property on the internet. With that in mind, Coach Light Real Estate has made every effort to embrace that fact by utilizing the internet to its fullest capabilities. Every single listing gets not only its own “Virtual Tour” but it also has an “Easy to Remember” Specific Website address (ex; WWW.EustisHome.com). We then syndicate that to over 300 local, national and international real estate web portals for maximum exposure.
Tracking Reports are sent out to sellers on a regular basis, allowing us to “fine tune” our marketing position, whether it be price, terms, location or the condition of the property. These tracking reports tell us how many viewers we have had on a daily, weekly, monthly basis along with how the prospective customer is fi nding us.
We offer both “traditional” and the more popular “fee based” real estate service fees. The customer makes the choice whether they want to pay the “going rate” or pay a reasonable “up front fee” in order to save thousands of dollars at closing.
